July 23rd 2003, I was laying in bed planning on mailing my appeal brief. An officer, female came to the bed and told me to get up and get dressed I am going to lock-up. I didn’t know why I was going to lock up so I inquired and was told by said officer that she doesn’t know. When I got to the lock-up building I was ordered to strip-take off all of my clothes, the officer then stuck out her tongue and rolled her his suggestively toward me. I didn’t respond to this so she reached into the shower stall and roughly grabbed my left breast. I screamed please get off of me, You are hurting me. She reluctantly let go of me, I yelled for assistance and covered myself, with the lock-up clothing left on the shower stall bars by the arriving officer. This incident was taped by a camera facing the shower stall, and another inmate looked on shocked at what had transpired. I am in a federal prison, so I wrote the SIS investigator and never even received a response. When I wrote a sensitive issue grievance, I received a response telling me that my issue isn’t sensitive. I am in need of legal assistance because I have exhausted the administrative remedy forum, and internal investigation is underway, investigators spoke to me here where I am confined on 12-31-2003.
