This writer is a self proclaim bisexaul....no matter what life style one leads heterosexaul Bisexaul or homosexaul when anyone is force agaist there will to participate in any form of sexaul acts its Rape.....Theay still suffer the same pain & turmoil & trauma.

This writer Age 25 on arround the date of 1-12-94 this writer inform correctional staff that his cellmate was making sexaul advancement toward me i also inform them that he was rubbing feces on hisself i was inform by Sgt that he was aware of the fact that inmate Harris Rub feces on his self & it was already document within his file Sgt Ebbitt then inform me to retrun to my cell on the night of 1-4-94 inmate Harris rape me I could no longer take the abuse 1-5-94 I tried to committ suicide i cut my wrist i was escorted to the infirmary for medical evaluation while waiting to converse with the staff psychiatry Sgt Ebbitt came in the observation tank & grab me & maid revolting statement surrounding my life style such as you cant rape the willing & no one would rape your black ugly ass...Sgt Ebbitt grab me & slam me against the wall...i was maid to retrun to the cell from the date of 1-5-94 until 1-9-94 inmate harris abuse me rape me & subjected me to cruel & usual punishment each day i went to converse with staff but no attempt was maid to move this inmate on the night of 1-8-94 i took a stand my weight is 140 inmate harris weight is at least 230...Harris cut me with a razor....Harris was found guilty i was found inocent but he was release from ad. Seg & Retrun to the yard i...must remain ad.Seg pending transfer my privilege has been taken away.
